Tile Flooring

Tile shows every mistake permanently. Lippage between tiles, a grout line that wanders, a cut that lands badly at the doorway — none of it can be quietly fixed later, so it is all decided before the first tile goes down.

We set the layout out dry first so the cuts fall somewhere sensible, back-butter where the tile needs it, keep the lines straight off a laser and grout once the bed has properly gone off. Edges get trim, and wet areas get sealed.
